Booking Process
Bookings are made directly with Andrea via WhatsApp. You choose the tour, share your travel date, number of people, and accommodation, and Andrea confirms availability directly with you.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking; the remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are agreed directly with Andrea via WhatsApp at the time of booking.
Liability
Tours are subject to weather conditions and circumstances beyond our control. Andrea Bruce operates as a certified, official tour guide in Rio de Janeiro.
